The Moonbeam Journal
This is a space for me to share what I’ve learned — and continue learning — about dreams. Through personal reflections, symbolic insight, and depth-oriented study, I hope these writings spark curiosity, offer clarity, and encourage you to listen more closely to your own inner life.
How to Remember Your Dreams: Dream Recall, Intention, and the Practice of Dreamwork
Dream recall begins with intention, not technique.
Remembering your dreams is less about forcing memory and more about slowing down, paying attention, and creating space for reflection. When you begin to listen, pausing in the morning, writing fragments down, and honoring even the smallest images, your unconscious responds. Over time, fragments become stories, and dreams become a living dialogue with your inner world.
What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is the practice of listening to dreams as meaningful messages from the psyche.
Rather than interpreting dreams as random brain activity, dreamwork approaches them as symbolic stories that reflect inner life, emotional patterns, and unconscious wisdom. Through gentle reflection, dialogue, and imagery, dreamwork helps translate the language of dreams into insight that can support clarity, creativity, and personal growth.
